Burgers and fish & chips were great!!! Seated immediately and friendly staff. Really cool bar area with a piano player on certain days.

Great place for dinner in Ione. Everything we've tried has been delicious. Always look forward to enjoying a great dinner and great service when visiting Ione. And we always end the evening with the amazing pianist. Super fun. Love it here. Update: Disappointed with our last visit. Not-so-good service. Darn! Thought they were on a roll with consistency. Our most recent server made our dinner experience so different than previous visits. Every time we asked for something she forgot! She was not hospitable.

Great service. Yummy American food. Has the spicy burger. Also the prime rib sandwich. All was great.

The food is excellent and VERY reasonably priced. The service is great in both in the bar and restaurant. The bar is a must see if you like the classic old saloon type bars reminiscent of the old wild west. The owner makes his own barrel aged bourbons so fantastic Manhattans and old fashions to boot!

Everything was awesome! I had an early bird special, the coconut shrimp. WOW! Tasty, succulent, and delicious. Salad was very nice, the veggies a little overcooked, baked potato was perfect, but the shrimp! Loved it! A special shoutout to the server, Sarah. Very attentive and professional, and truly a pleasure. Oh, the bread pudding. I scraped that plate clean. Haven't had bread pudding for a long time, this was wonderful. I waddled on, I'm sure. I will be back!

This is probably the Michelin dining in this small town. The restaurant is inside a hotel with a classy lobby. So the restaurant itself is also well decorated. It has an old well in the dining room and they decorated it with a framed glass box so people and see the well. The restroom is also comfortable and clean and neatly maintained. The menu has a variety of dishes including appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Service is nice and on par. We tried a chicken Cesar salad which is nice as the chicken were warmly grilled and tasted juicy and well made. The turkey club sandwich and spaghetti with meatballs come with a soup or salad and the clam chowder soup was loaded with clams, which is very generous as a side. Although the place isn't particularly cheap, the lunch for 3 of us came to be less than 50 before tip and it was a very comfortable experience.

This place was great. Reasonable prices, great service and food. My husband ordered the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and the portion was huge. It's in a cute historical hotel. Our meal came included garlic bread to share and our entrees each included soup or salad as well as vegetables and a side, which you don't get too often at restaurants.
